Buying on IdealDirect

How do I buy on idealdirect?

  • If you haven’t registered on idealdirect, you need to click on the "create an account" button on the top of the home page and fill out your information. Once you have registered you can log-in with your username and password that you set up when registering

  • Everyday you will be able to browse the main page for new and exciting deals

  • You are also able to shop by category which can be seen on the left hand side of the main page

  • Click on the item you wish to purchase and then click BUY and the item will be added to your cart and you can continue to shop

  • Once you have selected everything you would like to purchase, click on the Check out button (top right of page)

  • Here you are able to change the quantities of the items you have selected to purchase

  • Make sure your order is 100% and then proceed to payment. You are able to pay by Credit Card or by making an EFT payment. If you choose the EFT option, please email a proof of payment to us at and use your order number as the reference.

  • Make sure you fill in your delivery address, where we can deliver during the day. We do not deliver to Postnet Suites, Private Bags or Private Boxes, as we need to make sure your item gets delivered straight to you.

  • Once you have made payment you will receive an invoice – if you do not receive an invoice please contact us immediately on

  • Your order will be hand delivered via our courier company to your door – we do charge a delivery fee.We are an online store and do not have any physical retail stores.

 Can I buy from your physical stores?

We are an online store and do not have any physical retail stores. We have offices in both Cape Town & Johannesburg. Your delivery should take 7 – 10 working days to arrive.
